Hi hi!
Finally got my blog working again... Did i mention that I forgot my password? shhh... so embarrassing hahaha! ;) using my fav colour to type. :) Went to JB with JK, Aunty Mary and Val... couldn't believe that we had to queue up like one whole hour just to get through jb customs! *sighz* wad to do? there was a throng of people... really stuffy but God is good, went to City Square successfully where we shopped to our hearts' content (tee hee hee ;) bleah! Bot like 15 WWJD wrist bands for the youth and pressies for Nana and Serene. heh! Enjoyed walking around and see Valval try on clothes... haha... her taste pretty conservative bud tasty... woops! err... taste-ful? haha.... i mean got taste lah... haha... okok... Had church camp wed-fri... was the camera person... haha... watch the videos and you can hear the ppl say... "rena, not again! stop taking videos lah! enuff lah!" muahahaah... gurls, guys, when you see yourselves on screen, these are memories... anyway, haha... enjoyed the camp. can't believe that i din manage to hear my alarm like TWICE and everyone got awakened except me... so rare it happens to me... but i suppose that last day i was simply too tired... so pai seh... haaha. it so happens that Aunty Jo, Amanda's mummy was waiting in the car with Uncle Mark since 5plus am... apparently, she called Aunty Jessica and Aunty Maureen (i think) and they couldn't wake up either! Hats off to the Aunties who stayed overnite and prepared all the meals! Thanks Mummies! :) The food was so good that we hardly touched the humongous supply of cup noodles =P hahaha... My prayer for the youth is that they will rise up and be all that God wants them to be. They had been touched by God and they have heard the Word of God, to be holy for He is holy, to set themselves apart (and that includes me ;) I'm a sojourner too, you know, like wad uncle Jem said too... ;)) Was very touched to see God move in the lives of people... Thank you Daddy God! *hugz* haha... now it's time for my personal retreat.. dum dee dum... And thanks JK and Chris. for slogging this one and half weeks, hardly resting after worship camp to organise this camp... and the comm.... first timers, most of them... jon ng sr, arun, jerry (he was stressed boy... should have taken photo of his face... muaahahahahaa) sam low (her eyes big big when she's blur =P) thank you guys and gurls! :) *muack and hugz* Amazed at how Chris responds to God and how God uses him. talk about this son of mine another time... hahaha taped down his sharing... haha... and some of Amanda and Dorothy's singing .. ;) shh.... I lurv taking photos of my mei and grandniece! Esp my mei coz she's so camera shy! hahaa.. Amanda's not (surprise surprise!) but i lurv these two gurls to bits! :) [of coz i lurv the rest of you too lah! hehehehe] HARLOW? so many of you cover face here and there... hope the photos came out ok! ;) 3 Dec: Also went for Alvin's BMT passing out parade with Aunty Angeline... he looked so SERIOUS lo... din smile one... only take pic then smile... tried taking his platoon (or izzit company? *scratch head*)... i counted like 125 people????? wha! but din manage to take all lah, before I could do so, they started marching... take video and then you know wad? the person in front of me stood up =O haha... farnie... his mummy had to put on his jockey cap for him... so sweet.... took video of that too... hmm... dun noe where he will be posted to tho... we din tok much, as usual... i suppose he was tired.... His company's name is Pegasus (zit the correct spell?)... overheard someone say "Peggie" for short... so farnie... i was amused... anyway... i missed watching my own bro's one coz my parents went and i couldn't... After that went for Nita Johnson's sharing at Cornerstone. She spoke about reformation. 2 main points: 1. Spirit of reformation is gonna be released into our nation. 2. Govt of God to come to the govt of Singapore. We prayed for the casino and gay issue... wha... the atmosphere was electrifying and my goose pimples... must pray for my beloved country more often... and also for the youth, even my own generation, coz we truly are living in evil times... *sigh* sometimes feel very alone being the only one in my generation serving the youth... that aside... must press on and press in... i believe in the people, and more importantly, i believe in GOD, that He has a purpose and a marvelous plan for the people... hahaha... in the camp, most of them have a taste of God and what He can do... Blog again another time.. it's late and dun want to be late for church tmr! :) |
