Hav't blogged for a long time. Thanks Gabriel for coming to help out with the sweeping and the mopping (does he sound like a house-husband??) :P hahaha... he very guai1 hor?
Last sat, JK and Val came and baked cookies a my place! Sus, Chari, Gab, Jaron and Josh came too! :P we had fun... cookies are fattening tho... hmm... i wanna learn to bake cakes next! sinx moi's oven is a convection/grill/microwave thingy, tot i should "exploit" it... muahahaha...
Yesterday was Ordination service at St. Andrew's Cathedral and rev Michael was ordained as priest! it was heart warming to see so many CHS people turn up for the event! (someone commented that the attendance was greater than that for prayer meetings haha...) the youth went too. i think it was great.
however, i was stumped when they sang the "responses" to what the bishop sang. (btw, bishop can sing! in tune some more, not flat or anything! i think he practiced :P) so we were expecting to respond by saying, but in the end it was singing... hahaha... the hymns were so alien to me. thank God for the hymnals tat had musical notes. at least can sight read... hmmm....
