Yesterday I went out with Val and Xiaona! Finally! I'm soooooo happy to be with them! we took neoprints and ate at V8. the food is ok lah. I had a light one cos i had to rush to Black Angus to celebrate Ben's 2gang members' bdays! The food was good good! and the prices were also wow wow! hahaha.... it's the first time I've gone there and it was good! it's near hard rock cafe.
happy to have Vanessa to visit youth service on Sat. She's Winnie's prefect in sec sch. so cool uh? Winnie just saw her in main service, approached her and invited her to youth service! just like that! interesting yah? and so cool yups! :)
GLOW and Ernest are probably the 2 of the most down to earth young guys I've ever met. You should see them shusshing SamLeong when he toks/interrupts during sharing in cell... and we got a few small guys coming on sats. they are really noisy. i can understand Cindy's frustration. noise pollution man! budden they are still small.... maybe i should use my "teacher powers" to get them to keep quiet! they are definitely more hyper than alot of the kids I've taught! :O
I'm glad to see the "young saplings" grow in the Lord. it's the "older saplings" that need a renewal, refreshment! that includes me! (hey, i can't be a "young" sapling yah???) yesh! looking forward to church camp and then worship camp! yay! :)
now that school is taking a slower tempo, i got more time to think... after getting married for like 6 months? i really need to re-organise stuff man! time is of essence!
I rem when i was younger i could fritter time away so quickly and easily. Now, no siree! have to be strict. Is that a parallel to "walking in the Spirit" in Galatians? The direct translation of that "walking in the Spirit" means a disciplined walk! like a march! I encourage all my brothers and sisters to press on! and walk in step with the Spirit! :)
Galatians 5:16 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
