Hi! I thought I should blog in stages... I havn't blogged for so long and things just accumulate... I wanted to give a brief report on what happened in worship camp... i wanted to talk about church camp... i also want to talk about Youth Sunday! ahhhh.... so many things to talk about!!!! and i got lil time to blog....
hehehe... God is good! :) ok, I'd talk about Church camp first, since it was first! that was beginning of June... (see, i told ya, i'm accumulating things) and people have been bugging me to blog =P hehehe... but i also want to, k? just that i'm busy lah...
Ok! back to Church camp. Honestly, i wasn't prepared for church camp. I had an exhausting term2. It's like the school has gone super crazy, with activity after activity. I had a trainee teacher taking my class for English and after she left, I had to hand in the English files for inspection.... i spent alot of time getting the corrections in order. it was tough but God's with me. Cos i knew that refreshing was on the way (Camp!!!) i love camps! always look forward to church camps! This is the first church camp i'm so laid back, tho... hahahaha... you can ask my prev church youths what we get into on church camps!!!!!
I was asked to be assistant leader to Ben in my group... my group mates were nice and my mortal was in my group too! hahahaaha! so it was easy! The camp speaker, Dr David Wong Kim, spoke over Ben and I separately. For me, a heart of compassion and for God's love to fill me ... because HE knows what I was about to face after the camp. It was not easy... but because of the Word, and the prayer through the Word, I was sustained and uplifted to get through the challenges that ensued.
God is faithful and His love is from everlasting to everlasting! Amen :)
