Just wanna blog about an interesting phenomena that happened in SA recently (last week). A circular rainbow was seen around the sun.
I was looking into the net for pictures for my class publication and then saw this:
Somebody had captured this on camera in year 2000. I don't have Ben's pic so i'm uploading this for the time being... (read Ernest's blog for more details)
The verse that I saw on the website was this:
Revelations 4:3 (NIV)
And the one who sat there had the appearance of jasper and carnelian. A rainbow, resembling an emerald, encircled the throne.
Amplified version is clearer:
"And He Who sat there appeared like [the crystalline brightness of] jasper and [the fiery] sardius, and encircling the throne there was a halo that looked like [a rainbow of] emerald."
New King James Version:
"And He who sat there was[
a] like a jasper and a sardius stone in appearance; and there was a
rainbow around the throne, in appearance like an emerald."
Interesting huh? And Aunty Peng Cheng mentioned in Israel they sighted a circular rainbow with a white ring with it. It's like the Lamb's marriage to the Bride. (something like that).
